I understand that waxing can feel intimidating, especially for first-time clients, which is why I prioritize creating a calm, welcoming, inclusive and judgment-free environment. I focus on precision, education, and consistency while tailoring each service to your individual needs to ensure the best results with minimal discomfort. I believe great results come from trust, communication, and attention to detail. My goal is for every client to leave feeling smooth, confident, and cared for—whether you’re maintaining your routine or trying waxing for the first time. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation/ Rescheduling/No-show Policy I understand that life happens, and I truly appreciate your understanding. To respect my time and the time of other clients, a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule. Appointments changed within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of all services booked, and no-shows will be charged 100% of all services booked. Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in the service being modified, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability. Late arrivals are subject to the cancellation fee, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Card on File Requirement A valid card on file is required to book. Cancellation and no-show fees will be charged automatically in accordance with this policy. Repeat Cancellations Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment for future appointments.
